I've had so, so many problems with UK2 over the years, as soon as I'm able to move hosting, I will be doing so! Their service and support is the worst I have every encountered by any company, billing and support never talk to each other.
Half their staff either don't know anything about their job or are just to stupid or ignorant to help.
Getting hold of them can take literally hours by phone or chat and their favourite game is for billing to say i need to speak with support and support saying i need to speak with billing. (2 days in at the moment!)
The latest drama is they are now holding my site hostage, saying that I need to pay to upgrade their servers and i can't upgrade my ssl until i do. Then of course they are forcing me to pay for 'Supreme Support' just to do this.
Save your money and find a better company, there is a reason that they have not enabled Google reviews!
Last word - Cowboys!
