If you try calling, you may notice that you calls will go unaswered or that you will get hung up on several times before the same person answers which tells me its a on man operation. I called on a product that showed abailable and would have taken my credit card payment and was told that it was not available. NO WAY would I recommend doing business with them. Do it at your own risk!

Tip for consumers:
Their customer service and inventory was too questionable for me to be comfortable buying from them.

My order was cancelled because they said the item did not pass their inspection. BULL$#*!! Why didnt they test the item before placing it for sale. What kind of inventory system do they have if the item got damaged while sitting on the shelf? I dont trust these guys and their repsonse and customer service sucked. This is the problem with going with non reputible companies.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware. You take a huge risk when you go with non-reputible computer parts businesses

There are only a handful of reviews here and who knows what percentage of those are fraudulent from DHgate employees. I purchased an item that never arrived and the seller advertised the product would be free if it didn't arrive in 23 days. DHgate did not enforce the guarantee of its seller and the dispute I filed didn't mean a thing. I never had an issue with Alibaba and their customer service has been excellent. I will never buy from from DHgate again after this experience.

Once an order is cancelled, you will not be able to leave a review since the merchant will be automatically submitted for punishment.
