The website is okay - it's a clearing house for graphic artists. You post a job, and graphic artists then bid on it, and you pick one. But you have to be really careful in hiring. I got one decent web designer and one real flaky one. The site has some controls where you can get disputes resolved. Be sure you stay within their regular procedures, because you may need their protection!

As an business owner, I've used this site for recruiting. I got some excellent applicants, and have made a couple of hires. But they're expensive. So, a little over a year ago, I decided to run a side-by-side comparison and advertised the same opening for a $45K/yr salaried business position on careerbuilder.com ($400 cost of ad) and on craigslist ($25 cost of ad). The numbers and quality of applicants were similar. Since then I have done my advertising on craigslist with excellent results.

Great website for meeting LDS singles. I tried out several LDS singles sites, plus e-Harmony, settled on this one, met and married my sweetheart. I like the way they set up their profiles, to give me the information I want to know before trying to meet someone.

A warning about this website - the before and after photograph on the home page is not genuine. Look closely at the teeth - they are not the same teeth in the before picture as in the after picture - the shapes are different and the color patterns in the teeth are different.

This is a great website. They don't charge for anything here - you can download podcasts of his daily radio show for free, plus he has free transcripts, and links to lots of useful things.

I have used several websites to hire people to work from home. This is the only one I've found that isn't loaded up with scams - this one is the real deal. 90% of the responses I've received are from real individual freelancers who are looking for real work.

I have been through the site carefully and am familiar with some of the dentists recommended by the site. It basically recommends dentists who are heavily into marketing, and is not a reliable source of cosmetic dentist referrals at all. I understand they charge the dentists in the neighborhood of $1000 to $2000 per year to be listed on their sites, and these dentists are generally not the best cosmetic dentists in their communities. I am an accredited cosmetic dentist and I should know. A better place to check for cosmetic dentistry credentials would be the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
