Sometimes OK, but at times, only a marginally reliable ISP. Sometimes is a purely time-wasting, blood pressure-raising joke.
Have had several problems, most recently, an on-going issue with their wireless offering, MIFI 2200.
Recently (last three days or so) contacted their customer service number, at my expense, re: a problem with MIFI. They do not have toll free number for tech support. They used to, some time ago, but no longer, apparently.
Called them, and got partial answer to most recent problem. Still awaiting final answer by email. Stopped holding my breath!
Frequent disconnects on MIFI. Very frustrating at times. Unexpected disconnects, etc. Their MIFI is on Sprint network.
Toast claimed service at 50X faster than dialup, when I first signed up. Not sure that is or was ever true!
NOT happy overall!
