My continuing saga with Sears and their inability to provide service to their customers. I cancelled the order since I could not get anyone at Sears to help me with the delivery.

I submitting a complaint against Sears with the BBB. They never responded to them but I did get a call from "Sears Solutions" who first told me that they did not have the model of lawn mower I ordered available. When questioned why this was not told to me when purchased rep. Put me on hold and came back after a few minutes to tell me they in fact HAVE them in the warehouse, BUT they only deliver to my area on Wednesday. I told him today IS Wednesday and was the date I was "supposed" to get the mower. He told me it would be another week and when I told him no, he told me he would check and get a better delivery day and call me back. NEVER HAPPENED.
On Sunday I got an email from Sears that THEY are cancelling my order as item was not available and my "deposit" has been released. A check revealed my money was NOT returned.
Back on phones and after one chat and three calls I got nowhere. But was told it would be 5 to 7 days for a refund!. The one rep. Actually refused to let me speak with a supervisor saying I did not have a good enough reason to talk to one!

Is there ANYONE in customer service that actually is not in India?

I can not believe any company could be so incompetent as to give multiple stories as to why they can not do their jobs or provide service to customers. And then withhold your money.

As far as I can see, Sears employs nothing but liars, con artists and thieves that take your money, but have a hard time actually getting you what was purchased or a refund.

Tip for consumers:
Never EVER buy anything from Sears. They are liars and thieves that take you money but have a hard time giving it back!

Ordered a riding lawn mower. I was not allowed to pick a delivery date and the date Sears put down was three weeks away. Way to long a wait.
I contacted Sears and after being transferred, put on hold, transferred, called back, and finally after four calls, I found someone that could change the delivery to a better date.

I got a message the next day CONFIRMING the new delivery date.

The next day I got another message saying they had to move the delivery date back a week!

Contacted customer service rep, who I could barely understand and was told, either you get the new date, or they could cancel the order and I would have to wait 7 to 10 days for my money back!

WHY... you had no problem TAKING my money. GIVE IT BACK so I can buy a lawnmower elsewhere.

Spoke with a manager, and again, same run around and same problem understanding them.

Are ALL customer service people in INDIA?

Manager gave me an email address for feedback to Sears. Of course still waiting for a response.

I have made numerous purchases at Sears and prior to this was satisfied with the service.

No longer!

Customer service is completely useless. It is apparent that Sears no longer values their customers and in fact is just waiting for the axe to fall.

Regardless of all their phony attempts at creating a positive image, they are continuing a downward spiral of negativity that will result in their extinction.

Sorry Sears, another customer lost!

Went to Dollar General in Muscle Shoals AL first thing in the morning of a three day sale.
The advertised 6 brands of soda on sale. They had ONE, and that was the least popular.
When I asked the employee about it she had no idea.
Emailing the company they stated oh so sorry... BUT not all items may be at all stores, maybe they sold out, so no rain check, we value you as a customer!
Say what? I was there first thing in the morning, no other customers, employee told me they did not have the sale items... so no... this was obviously a bait in switch to get you into the store. They had plenty of soda that was not on sale just not what they advertised.
Word of caution to consumers, this company is just plain WRONG!

I have be a member of Zoom and Paypal for many years. All of a sudden I can not get on my account after checking everything over three times and changing my password twice still no luck. So I called only to be told they would have to connect me with another department to verify my account?

I thought that by the costs of shipping, that I would get items quickly. NOT!
Items ordered in November for Christmas never arrived on time. I did get a partial order a month later, and the rest just showed up. IT IS FEBRUARY!
They also gave me a partial refund on shipping, nice considering I STILL DO NOT HAVE ITEMS!

The customer service is really good... at stringing you along. They finally said if I did not get it by January 24th they would give me a refund. Of course they neglected to tell you they would be closed for two weeks starting the 26th!

I would tell EVERYONE thinking of shopping with them to NOT. Help put them OUT OF BUSINESS!

Of course they will give you a phony SO SORRY, to make you feel better!

Bought item on their website through ebay. They sent me the wrong size, ADMITTED they sent wrong size, promised to send correct size as well as partial refund for the error.
NEVER got item, they never responded back to me and then convinced ebay that it was delivered, but tricked ebay as the one delivered was the wrong size.
VERY deceptive company.
Do not use "First Perfect Sale" on ebay. It is anything but a perfect sale!

Each time I tried to use Crackle and decided to exit, it will NOT STOP!

I have to pull the plug and wait a bit and then reboot to get back in Roku.
Absolute garbage!

It is deleted from my programming. Advise people to avoid the Crackle site.

I booked this "resort" called..."MY AN ONSEN SPA AND RESORT" in Hue, Vietnam through Agoda Website.
It looked very nice "in the pictures" and sounded very nice and tranquil.
BUT... upon our arrival, which was 45 minutes from Hue Airport, we were shown our bungalow suite and realized we would be sharing he bungalow with very LARGE spiders and other insects.

The building literally had spiders in the tubs, floor, walls, bed, and coming out of the drains.
Water bugs, centipedes and millipedes were also running for cover when the lights went on.
The room reeked of rot, mold and mildew. The floors were wet apparently from the humidity (?)
The bed was sunken down in the middle as if a boulder were placed in the center of the bed.
We fled the room in horror!
Staff were not understanding but did offer us a small room for the night. Unfortunately that room was filth and the sheets had blood on them. They cleaned up the room and gave us a can of BUG SPRAY (no joke).
We were going to eat at the restaurant but was told by a staff member that I would probably get sick as I was a westerner and my immune system could not take the garbage they were serving.
We had to drive back to Hue just to eat.
Next day we checked out. No apology, just told we would have to go to Agoda for a refund.

Agoda did finally give us a refund and $50.00 for taxis, however the resort told Agoda that they would not give Agoda a refund.

Agoda is not the only travel site that features My An Onsen Spa Resort, and while I do not directly hold Agoda responsible for the condition of this "Resort from Hell", I find it amazing that they continue to list this place on their website.

Be warned, the My An Onsen Spa Resort in Hue, Vietnam is beyond a doubt the most heinous place I have ever visited.

We were lucky enough to get our money back, but others may not be so lucky, so book at your own peril.

Tip for consumers:
No matter who you book with, avoid the My An Onsen Spa Resort in Hue, Vietnam. It is a dangerous and possibly deadly place to stay.

This scammer company uses your own email address and gives it to people so they can send emails soliciting there garbage.

They do this so that you can not block them or report them for phishing scam.

They indicate you made a purchase before which is an outright LIE!
Repeated attempts to stop these emails have failed and have gotten worse.

They claim to be members of the Better Business Bureau, which is a LIE!

This company needs to be investigated by the governments on line fraud agency.

I ordered a diet supplement with Ephedra and was sent a supplement with Ephedrine, which is a totally different product.
When I notified the company they first tried to say it was the same product and then when I told them it was not and that they had the two products listed separately, they claimed it was a marketing ploy.
The were happy to have me send it back for a refund, but were not going to pay the shipping.
Why would I pay for their mistake?
Is the company is using a bait and switch... or do they just not know what they are doing and sending out whatever product that want?
Avoid this company, they are scammers.

Get your supplements from a more reputable company.

Not only is CNDirect the biggest scammers ever, but they seem to enjoy lying to their customers.
For two months they have held up my refund. They want me to remove my bad reviews first.
But as another contributor had the same problem and removed the negative feedback and then never received the refund, I will not remove feedback nor stop the official complaints until I get my refund.
Please people, avoid this company. Do not be tricked into believing the phony positive feedbacks that they produce themselves.
I can see this company folding in the very near future so do not waste your money
