I purchased a cardiac monitor from Acme Revival. The blood pressure cuff they sent with it didn't fit this particular model. I contacted customer service, via email which is another issue, only to be told that the warranty doesn't cover components. I told them this wasn't a warranty item, it was a matter of getting what I paid for. After much back and forth, they refused to busge on giving me the right cuff. I felt ripped off and couldn't believe a company could be so sleazy. Anyway, I decided to report the purchase to AmEx as fradulent and AmEx returned my purchase price and left Acme Revival with nothing to show for the monitor they sent me. Small victories.
I'm not sure what has happened to Vacations to Go, but after using them for 20 years, I'm finished. The customer service is down right pathetic.

Horrible. Absolute scam. Do NOT buy anything. Approved and received my return but never refunded...
