Once again disappointed by FedEx. This company couldn't deliver a package on time if they tried. This is exactly why I do not use FedEx they are the most unreliable unprofessional delivery service on the planet. Every time I use them I always expect to get my package late I don't know why I expected any difference this time. They will send me notifications that my package will be delivered on a certain date between certain hours but they can't send you a notification saying that my package isn't going to be delivered on time the day they specified. They don't care that I am out $300 because I took the day off from work. They could have notified me that they couldn't deliver it on time when they said it would be here and I could have picked it up from them so at least I didnt take the day off for nothing. I mean I took A-day off work because FedEx said I needed a signature so I had to be there to sign. How unprofessional. I hate FedEx unfortunately I buy and sell and ship and receive items every day. I can't choose who a shipper uses sending me merchandise but I do whatever I can to not use FedEx when I ship.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE. I would also stay away of any of its affiliates like VELOZ POWERSPORTS, INC. Cause they are DBA KillerMotorSports.COM. I made a purchase from killer motorsports on March 24th 2020 I used a fantastic company to finance the purchase. I had problems from day one they didn't ever reply to any of my emails their phones instantly go to voicemail or ring for ever. There voicemail says "sorry there are no representatives currently available to help you out please leave a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours". That is a lie a flat out blayten LIE. Nobody ever got back in touch with me EVER. Finally I was in the process of retracting my order through the finance company when I got a phone call from killer motorsports on May 4th about 7 pm Pacific. The gentleman amazingly enough talked me into keeping my order telling me he could do it fast while blaming the Corona virus for the delays and so I did with great hesitation kept the order. He told me it would be about 7 to 10 business days for him to receive the product " He's the middle man" which I had no idea and since I opted for the assembly of the motorcycle it would take an extra 5 days even though I paid extra for rush processing. At that point I was already frustrated so I opted out of the assembly. At that point the gentleman told me it will get to me quicker since they don't have to put the bike together. It will now be to my address in 5 business days keep in mind this is still the beginning of May. Thursday the 14th of May and I still don't have my motorcycle but he has my money. Yesterday the 13th of May 2020 I was so frustrated I decided to call. Again no answer so I tried over and over again on the 7th try a gentleman answered. This guy totally acted like I was bothering him and why Am I calling and asking him questions about my purchase. He was telling me it was all in the email that he sent me. I told the gentleman I have not received an email from you at any time ever. He proceeded to act annoyed and very quiet fact is I sat there for probably 45 seconds before he said hello are you there. I said yes of course I'm here I need to know what's going on. He replied I just sent you an email with the information I said thank you do you mind if I check while I have you on the phone. He replied I am a busy man I don't have time to sit on the phone while you go through your emails. That was the end of the conversation on May 13th 2020. After I got off the phone I checked my email lo and behold there was an email from killer motorsports that gave me the exact same information that I could get on his website. The information that was shown on his website was what I ordered the address it was being sent to and that it was still in processing. He told me in the email it would have a shipping company's name the tracking number and everything I can expect now that my order is on its way. None of that was in the email all it said was what I bought how much I paid the delivery address and that it was still in processing. If I were you I would stay away from this company tell your friends and family your neighbors heck people you don't know to stay away from this company they are a bunch of hacks.

I am going to have to give community credit for Kay jewelers a one star I would give them less if I could. They are a very unprofessional creditor. I have numerous credit cards in my wallet from target to Walmart and every one of them have sent me a letter letting me know that my card has been in active too long and that I need to use it or they will close the account. Due to the fact that I only use my credit cards for larger purchases. Well Community Credit for Kay jewelers doesn't do that they just think that it is OK to close your card without informing you whatsoever. How unprofessional of a company or a bank to let a cardholder go in and try to purchase a product and be denied when you are in good standing. I mean how embarrassing to the cardholder to be denied in front of your family and other people in the store. Especially if it's due to inactivity and not late payments or something negative. I believe they have lost a great customer that would have purchased many things in the future but since they are unwilling to reopen my account without running my credit again they have lost me as a customer. My family is in the process of refinancing our home and a hard pull on my credit for Kay Jewelers would be damaging to our refinancing. I will no longer buy anything from Kay jewelers I will not recommend Kay jewelers to anybody and in fact I will tell people to stay away from getting any type of credit through that company.

Just wanted to let everybody know to stay away from an online company called Partstrain.com. I ordered parts from them online and I went through a thorough line of questions to make sure that the parts are for the right vehicle I answered all their questions and it came out that the parts were for my vehicle so I ordered them. I get the parts and of course they are the wrong parts so I call customer service to return them they do nothing but hassle me over the return. They also tried to make me pay to ship the parts back to them and also I had to take it to a main FedEx location which I believe the closest one was in Oregon. On their website they say easy hassel free returns which is a load of crap. Then on top of that they gave me no discount whatsoever on the replacement part and said that I made the mistake on ordering the previous part. It was their computer system that said it was the right part. Horrible customer service. Very bad experience. I would avoid this online company at all cost
