I frequent a few sites that only use fedex for rushed shipping. I have paid 20+ dollars multiple times for a next or two day delivery. Every time, every time, my package gets delayed and arrives past the free option I should have taken. I am starting to think that fedex only has one delivery service that they use for every option they offer.

I would advise against using fedex if you want anything quick, or on time even. UPS, USPS, DHL, Bestbuys personal delivery service, and amazon delivery are all better options.

Our furnace had stopped working, and we found this company through google. We were surprised to get same day diagnostics. I stood by while their technician looked at my system. He opened the main panel, and removed a cover for the circuit board. Once inside he did a reading that showed no power where he said there should. He was unable to locate the serial number for the unit, and could not start the system. I was informed that I could have the system repaired, but it would be best to replace the system. He spent more time on the phone than he did with my system.

We decided to get a second opinion the same day. The second company came out, explained that the spot the previous tech checked shouldn't have power while the valve was shut. He proceeded to start my system (to my surprise), opened the top of the system, and found 2 holes in the heat exchange. He also pulled the fan blades out to look at the other side of the system. His repair was to replace the heat exchange, which would have safely fixed my system, or to replace it. He shut the gas off in the end, informing me it was a health/safety issue.

Michael & Son misdiagnosed my system, didn't do a complete diagnostic, and missed something that could have cause harm to my family, or even killed them. I called the call center to voice my concerns, they told me I would get a call in 48 hours from the technician. After that I went to their webpage to contact them, where I was told I would receive a callback shortly. Michael and son has still not gotten back to me, something other companies had told me would happen.

If I had taken the repairs from Michael & Son, my family would have been exposed to potential carbon monoxide poisoning.

I recommend steering clear of this company.

We had the pleasure of dealing with this company after receiving one of their rescue pets, as a gift for my daughter. Upon opening the package we noticed that the things included with the pet were not what the box showed, nor what any of their videos had, they were very cheap replacements. The pet was a sad replica of the product shown, even it's eyes weren't right. The brush that was supposed to be included was replaced with a cheap felt cloth, and it did not have the bucket it should have, at all.

We had to deal with the company for over 2 weeks to get them to refund anything, they had us redo the process more than once, and were rude over the phone.

I understand that this was supposed to be something that wasn't nice, until rescued and cleaned up, but this is not what was pictured at all.

The service did nothing for my business, but I kept paying for it, in hopes that something would take off. I have recently gotten over double pneumonia, and found out my cancer has come back, I've barely been able to get around, forget about work. I contacted their customer service, to see if I could cancel/put the account on hold, or get a refund on this past payment, as it has put my family in a very tight spot. Yodel wont let me out of the last 2 months of the contract, and would rather squeeze the last bit of money out of a disabled veteran who isn't able to work, due to his incurable cancer.
