Definitely take the training to understand how to best use their product and data. It's simple once you understand how it all works.
I have used many email platforms, this one is definitely the best. It's the cleanest UI experience. Make sure you clean your lists before uploading, they are strict on bounces, etc.
Zoho is a solid product for the cost. CRM's can be very expensive, and this is a good started platform for a small business. They also have many other tools as well.
