I purchased a duvet cover and the colors were not what I ordered. They claim the difference in colors is due to lighting. I was sent fall drab colors and it was suppose to be jewel tones. Pink not burgandy etc. They will not accept a return nor take accountability for their mistake. Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere.

The koi pond was exactly what I was looking for! I liked that I could pick the size and the style of the art work. The workmanship was quality. The only thing I would recommend is adding nails and hangers.

The clothes are quality and made well, but unbelievably overpriced. The shipping is fast and the returns were not a great process. I returned something and did not get my full price returned even after shipping. Not happy.

Some things are nice, but most are bad reproductions. Shipping was pretty fast for China. I know the site deals with numerous vendors, and some were decent. The problem is you have to try it to find out if it is good or not. These were good items.

I have ordered from Yoins a few times. Some things are really nice, but most is horrible. The sizing is inconsistent. I hope you are not in a hurry to get your clothes, they average a month or more for delivery. Basically it's not worth your time or money.

The quality of the items are never consistent as well as the sizing guide. I have been sent other peoples packages and items I really wanted were canceled. I used a purse for the first time a bought months earlier and the lining started falling off. I am now stuck with a $40 purse as well as another one that has a mark on it and it has not been used. Past the return time frame.
As far as my experience with customer service it has been fairly positive. Quality is my biggest complaint.
