Can't get them to answer their phone, messages or emails. Spent $400 here for a new cat tower and the customer service is absoltely horrible! Requested a replacement part for a cat tower I purchased, which came broken in half. My original email requesting a replacement piece wasn't answered so I called. Khavri stated it would go out Monday and I would receive an email with the shipment confirmation. Two days later, no email confiriming shipment and when I called, Khavri stated it still hadn't shipped. Our phone call was disconnected and I have now called back 13 times to obtain more detail as to why it hasn't shipped and NOBODY will answer the phone.
