Onlinestores is the parent company of a wonderful store called The English Tea Store.
Onlinestores is the absolute worst to deal with should you have a problem. I've bought A LOT from the ETS and one of the items did not taste right. As it was via Amazon, I had to contact the seller. OMG, you'd think I'd committed a major crime! I don't know where these Onlinestores sellers are located, but I was treated like a thief, a sneak, for trying to dare to get a refund for a small packet of bad tasting tea (Irish Cream Tea) I'd ordered this before and had been extremely tasy. The person responding to me was very J'ACCUSE, I could see the finger wagging and the "Aha, I caught you." It was ridiculous and angering. Customer service, don't make me laugh. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting to see what these Onlinestores creatures will do. Make sure you're not dealing with Onlinestores or you'll be SORRRRYY.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure if you're using The English Tea Store or any stores that have Onlinestores as a parent company you DO NOT order on Amazon. Even less chance of a resolution of any issues.

I received a supposedly corrected order of cards. Surprise - SAME uneven scoring so one side of the card is wider than the other, sticks out vs. being the same size. Granted it is a small difference but MY GOD there should be NO difference. When you see such sloppy uncaring production, it's time to go elsewhere. AVOID. Not worth the sick feelng you'll get when you see how lazy and uncaring they are.

A Xmas Card I designed. A Folded Notecard I designed. A Business Card I designed (2 versions). NEVER AGAIN.

I have gone through an unnecessary ordeal with English Tea Store. I didn't know they were part of Online Stores. Well they are! Never heard of them, sounds like a fake name.

When I got emails from Online Stores vs. English Tea Store, I thought they were spam. Who knew?

The next problem was not being able to TRACK my order -- at all. I got not one email re tracking my order, not til the 11th hour and many emails to them. What gives on this.

When I protested, I was sent links that led nowhere. Geez, how hard is it to send the correct link to UPS? Nope not English Tea Store! First they sent me a link to some tiny graphic on THEIR page, not the usual UPS tracking site. Then they gave me what they said was a link to UPS tracking - it wasn't. And on and on.

There is just too much wacky, inconvenient, bad stuff between customers and their orders there. I'd avoid this place and its overlord Online Stores.

By the way, Online Stores and English Tea Store have 39 bad reviews/complaints on the BBB!

Tip for consumers:
Don't!!! It is not at all worth the craziness.

This company is bad. They've ignored many many requests by me to UNSUBSCRIBE from their dumb email list. I wouldn't trust them in anything if they can't even do this. I am reporting them to the BBB. Something very wrong with this so called company.

Don't chance it -- very loosey goosey, may be subject to hacking

OMG, with high prices and sales laughable, worse was yet to come. I bought 2 items on 12/2/21 and 2 weeks later had not received any communication re the order being shipped. Never received a reply to my enquiring email about my order. CEO is not employing enough customer service people to answer emails (!). When I called I was told "your order was delivered." NO IT WASN'T. I have no desire now to even look at the itmes I order, getting a full refund. It's not worth the aggravation, no bargains and only good if you're a card carrying masochist and like to waste your time dealing with them. AVOID!

Yes -- Don't!!!!

I was trying to do a simple biz card, but could not adjust art on the front. Which is very wrong. On the back I could adjust the image. Wacked out. I tried several times to connect and get help (ha and ha) from their customer service. Based in India, useless. Very arrogant and stupid.

Overall, don't waste your time. A total drain of your time and energy with nasty customer service that is useless.

Don't use.
