Crappy site. They have the most annoying commercials that now promote employers to "layoff" their current "sleeping" employees since they have to commute. They then hire people local and layoff the former employees. Bad taste of a commercial.

This site is like a spam listing. They advertise and have the same blahdeblahhelpwanted.com part to their name. The commercials, radio, are very evident they make a single generic mass commercial and then fill in the local name, like montereybay, etc etc. I was in Utah and heard the same commercial but they were still promoting it as local.

I tried using their site, was disorganized, not good employers on there, and ended up using linked in or Craigslist to find my job.
