I was given discount code, but could not use it at checkout
The reviews you read might not be accurate. Their customer service team asks you to take down any critical review before processing a refund.
Beware- store expects buyer to mail product to CHINA for a return.
I ordered items that looked good online- but when they arrived the fabric was not stretchy- and size did not match US sizing - very uncomfortable- not nice at all.
A real disappointment
They offer 50% back if you don't mail product- but I lost more than 50% having to pay their shipping costs. No comparison with Amazon.com where it all is very transparent and user / buyer friendly.
The lady was very nice. The policy of the company is not good.
Products looked good in puctures
They look nice, and the reviews were good. I did bot know that Noracora would not give me 1/2 price return until I made review good. Don’t trust the review ratings you read!

Tip for consumers:
Watch out fir: sizing, fabric, and know you have to pay shipping costs to CHINA fir full refund. Also know the reviews on their website are not accurate- Customer service make you delete or edit reviews until no negative comment or low rating shows. Don’t trust the reviews you read. Sadly!!

I was not allowed to process a return on a sale item- but I wanted to return two other garments which were not satisfactory.

I ordered items in the wrong size- did not want to keep order till I check size guides.
Website said if you cancel in 24-72 hours you get full refund- but this has not (yet?) happened.
My request to cancel was received- t I only got questioned why cancel - no one confirmed cancellation and my credit card is charged.
I have opened a complaint with PayPal because they will not do what their website promises

Not sure what to say- waiting for them to honor refund policy which seems incredibly difficult
