NEVER SIGN UP FOR THEIR DELIVERY! IT IS A SCAM. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CREDIT. Since I cannot contact one of your customers service agents this will have to do. About 8 months ago I was leaving Publix on university when a Miami Herald sales men approached me. He was try to sell me a subscription. I dont really read newspapers but, since my in-laws where coming to spend 6 months with us I decided to sign up to the prepaid plan for Sunday newspaper only (6 month subscription). I asked the sales man multiple times and he guaranteed me that at the end of the subscription all charges would me stopped and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Once its over its over he said. Since my subscription has ended, I have received a call from their sales center every other day. I have pleaded and asked multiple times for them to stop the calls that I was not interested in renewing the contract. I have asked them to place me on a do not call list. I have asked to be removed from their call list, but when I say so they hang up on me. Today may 17th 2017 I have received a collection notice for 28.59 dollars. There is no information of when this supposed request of delivery was made. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME I HAD A BALANCE DUE (which I don't) ALL THEY DID WAS CALL ME TO RENEW THE SUBSCRIPTION. So if you value your sanity and credit score don't ever subscribe to this newspaper. Pass this massage
