The latest update disconnected my two Garage Door Openers with Camera (from two different homes). It took FOUR HOURS and many trials to finally connect one the Garage Door Openers. Called their Customer Service for help, after long minutes, their USELESS REP HANG UP THE PHONE.

I am revising my previous review. This revision is based on two pleasant experiences with this company after I called(*******630 - option 1) and spoke with Mr. Craig Ruge. With his utmost courtesy and professionalism, Craig personally oversaw the shipping of the items that I purchased($54.99 & $109.98) and received them in 3-days.
Misleading delivery information. It says 2-3 days delivery which is totally not true. I paid more than $80.00 for masks on July 8 and as of today July 15 I have NOT received them. Contacted the company and received UNSATISFACTORY response. Also, USPS does not give any delivery date.
They FALSELY advertise for a 2-3 day USPS shipping. I ordered Masks on June 30, and as of today July 5, have NOT received the masks yest. Very disappointing!
Placed and order with this company, formerly MEDICALCENTERVLUB.com, for Disengagement Wipes on April 25, and they were supposed to have arrived within 10-15 day. But as of May 15,25 days later, these items have NOT arrived. The company sent a PHONY tracking number with DHI eCommerce which DOES NOT EXIST. I filed with PayPay for refund,

Bought an item on 12/21/17 it was shipped on 1/4/18. With the slow shipment, the shipping charge was outrageously high.
