My original review of Phobio was not good, to say the least. I posted a review on Trustpilot and sent an email directly to their customer support to provide them with a statement (highlighting my irritation) as well as the link to my posting. I did not expect any action whatsoever. I received an unsolicited call from their support to review what happened. They had looked at the picture provided by their adjusters and told me they not only understood my aggravation, but agreed with my assessment! They apologized and stated they don't know what happened, but people make mistakes and again, they were sorry for that. Moreover, they were adjusting my quote back to the original offer. I appreciate that, but more importantly, to reach out to a customer that is good customer service. Of course I would have preferred the mistake didn't happen in the first place, but I am okay with just making things right. I told them there was no quick way to get with them and no way to start a discussion from the email offer so I went the way I did, expecting nothing. Kudos to Phobio for doing the right thing. I have gone from NEVER using them again, to I'll give them another try when trading up my Apple gear. As a note, had there been something wrong with my device that I missed on my inspection and they had provided proof of it, I would have apologized, taken the adjustment, and moved on.
