The seat cushion of our sofa bed was in bad shape. A comparable new sofa bed would have cost us more than $1000. In checking with local reupholstery companies, they would have charged about $500 for replacing the cushion foam insert. We found Foam Factory online and ordered a custom foam insert (with Dacron wrap) for less than $130. It arrived in one week, worked beautifully, and the sofa bed is like new. We couldn't be happier.

Tip for consumers:
Product comes tightly compressed. Follow instructions to unwrap ASAP and let it sit for 24-48 hours before using.

I needed to merge MP3 files (songs) to create a "background" soundtrack for an event. In a Google search, this site showed up as the first with "free" in the description (we have a budget). I was a bit skeptical but tried it anyway. I was impressed by how easy and fast it was (combined 14 tracks and downloaded the combined file in less than 10 mins). Kudos to these folks!

While experiencing computer problems almost a year ago, I purchased a "One Time" subscription based on positive reviews I'd seen. It proved unhelpful, so I uninstalled it -- or so I thought. A few months later, I got new anti-malware software that discovered more that had not been uninstalled. But that was not the end, it gets worse. A couple of days ago, I got a notice from "Paddle" (who "peddles" their wares) that the "One Time" subscription was set to renew soon. Huh?! "One Time" subscription was going to autorenew? So, I clicked on the link thinking that it might have a way to cancel that renewal. (In hindsight, that was probably a mistake) That webpage showed no option to cancel, so I replied to the email indicating my displeasure in strong terms (but not swearing or anything), then shut down for the night. The next morning, when I booted up my computer, I got a message that the Trash Bin was corrupted. Hmmm. When it finished booting, I did a quick internet search for a solution. The very first "hit" was a website that was promoting Restoro as a solution... coincidence? You decide. (Note that I found an easy fix elsewhere not requiring purchase of additional software)

First, you should be aware that the parent company, Eudaimonia Co. Ltd, is in China. And there is a possibility that, if you complain about their products, it's possible that you may be subject to retaliatory measures. Here's my story. I ordered a product for someone else as a gift. The product that was delivered was not as ordered and it was severely damaged. They did not respond to my email asking for resolution. So, having used PayPal to pay, I registered a complaint with them. They resolved it relatively quickly in my favor (refund). However, two days later, I got a message from Amazon that someone in China was trying to access my account with them, and I was forced to take measures to secure that account. In the next couple of days, I received a series of phishing emails claiming to be from PayPal telling me that my account was suspended and I needed to click their links to resolve the issue. Of course, I didn't do that. I had never previously experienced such concentrated attempts to breach the security of my accounts over such a short time interval. Although I cannot be certain, the timing and location of the Amazon attempt, and the timing and "assumed identity" (PayPal) of the phishing attempts leads me to strongly suspect they were a retaliatory measure for having registered my complaint with this company. At the very least, they took little care to ensure the product was as ordered and was shipped in a manner to avoid damage, and subsequently they were unresponsive to communications about those issues.

After deterioration of service with one of their competitors, we switched to Expedia last year. The online experience is no better (can sometimes be tricky to navigate) and you may need to contact customer service for complicated travel arrangements. When we have done that, we've had unfailingly positive experiences with their reps - all very helpful and very polite.

The movies offered on their streaming service are mostly quite old and new releases are only available by signing up for the DVD option (extra $$). Also, their list of new releases usually does not include the latest releases, and you need to actually know the name of the movie you want and search for it (it is usually there, just not advertised up front). There is no easy way to contact them (like so many online businesses these days). So, 3.5 stars on user friendliness, 4.5 stars on actual delivery of service provided (which is pretty good overall).

I have made numerous purchases from retailers on Amazon with mostly quite positive experiences - products shipped/received on time and as advertised. My only criticism is minor - that is, when a problem is experienced, there is a very short character limit for the review, so that it is not possible to enter a detailed account of any problem with one of their retailers. Thankfully, I've had only one problem worth providing a negative review over the last several years of purchases.

I used Orbitz for booking flights for several years but stopped using them about a year ago. Service was going downhill. We would receive incorrect information in their updates and little satisfaction by talking with their customer service reps. Too bad, because they used to be ok, but now I'd recommend finding a different company for online reservations.

STAY AWAY! I sent these guys a physics assignment (of my own design). Then, I solved it myself before their deadline, and sent a follow-up problem. The answer I got to the first part was incorrect and very sloppy - had wrong geometric angles, incorrect statements about basic physics, and the 'proof' was an almost illegible JPG of handwritten (incorrect) equations. There seemed to be no knowledge even of basic algebra. So, having lost any confidence in that 'expert', I asked them to send part 2 to a different 'expert'. When they bothered to respond at all, they indicated that they were sending my comments to the original 'expert'. They even asked me what the problem was, even though I'd indicated the problem to them multiple times. This went on for about 2 weeks and no solution was ever sent (but they kept my money). STAY AWAY!
Since writing this review, these guys have written a response asking for more info, apparently trying to seem like they are responsive (look for responses to this review), but they do not answer replies or emails. If you have a problem with their work (which is extremely likely), don't expect satisfaction. And it is very likely that the positive reviews for these guys are from their friends.

DO NOT TRUST! The remit of this website seems to be to lend 'credibility' to unscrupulous companies. I had entered a scathing review of AssignmentExpert.com, and they sent me an email letting me know they were pulling my review pending my provision of proof of my claims. When I tried to send that proof, I received undeliverable notices for the email. Their overwhelmingly positive reviews for that other company are entirely inconsistent with reviews on legitimate review sites. I tried questioning some of the positive reviews but they were never pulled or investigated.
