Order *******. I ordered the same item during Thanksgiving but got cancelled after 4 weeks no shipping. Got a reply from VIPOUTLET and offered a 20% coupon. Great, I will give the benefit of a doubt. Same item came in stock again. I ordered the same item on Dec 29,2019. Guess what, same thing. They charged my credit card without shipping, then on 1/18/20 they cancelled the order. I followed up with customer service diligently every week, but got the same reply it is in process and they sent a message to the warehouse to follow up. On Dec 29 the website shows qty of 18 until today qty of 0. Looks like they are fulfilling the order for others, but just not my order, despite I call every week. May be my last name of "Cheung" caused the problem, may be I used the 20% off coupon they offered last time caused the problem. No one knows and I am frustrated more that ever. NO MORE VIPOUTLET for me.
