This review is about the Seller Support Service. I sent a category approval request many times and provided all documents they asked me for. I even called them many times and the last time I spoked with an agent, he told me that my request will be reset because my documents and photos obviously met their requirements. However, I finally got an other email that said that it doesn't. I tried one more time and answered by email to the agent and got the exact same negative answer then in previous emails, like if I was talking with a robot.
