I bought flowers and chocolates for a dear friend who was going through a difficult time. It was supposed to be same day delivery. The money was deducted and the gift was never delivered. I could not contact them, the email didn't work. They contact me 3 days after via whatsapp and said there's supplier issues, but it would be delivered within 2-4 days. Still nothing.
I wrote them back... nothing. No information. So I am seeking via the bank to get my money back. And advised them I was doing so... naturally I got an instant message back about their suppliers problems again and said no I want a refund. Nothing. It has been over a week and still nothing.

Do not use this company. They are spammers.
