Ukessay is a scam in some elements. I paid for a first in the writing service got 35%(2020) instead. They didn't take the blame and still haven't given me a refund and is it 2022. Instead they offered me a coupon which I applied in two orders and the order wasn't successful as they couldn't find me a writer. They have fake operators with different names that email back or pick up the phone. But voices are the same. I have contacted bank in regards to this scam and ukessay decided to settle this privately by offering me a coupon that has been been invalid since October when I made my first order. When I first used the service and paid my money they were quick to locate a writer but even since I've been trying to use the coupon no success. The never take the blame or try to solve matter. They will blame you for something you paid for. They have said it is money back guarantee and you should discuss with them but moral of the story they will just tell you that we will give you a coupon instead of money back guarantee. Someone else picked up the call not knowing situation and was running through a refund but I didn't have my card details at the time to confirm they said to email them the details and then a different operator said sorry it was a mistake we can't give you a refund. I have contacted FTC so hopefully this helps me get my refund

The conversation through email are so long from 2 years ago and still going on. Look at the dates on the email.

Also have you realised that there isn't a option to write your review. The reviews are made up by the company. I tried to leave my review but there is no option but to leave a message on email lol
