I asked for gift wrap for the holidays. I even called and emailed to make sure. Not only no gift wrap, but the Gucci sweater arrived thrown in a corrugated shipping box, thrown in with not even a piece of tissue. The 3 stars I gave were for speedy delivery and quality of merchandise.

I have never dealt with a company than worse customer service than adidas.com. They don't answer questions and when they do they have no idea of the answer. I picked a shoe and asked what the different of suede bottom and something they call PU. The answer was "What is PU- Product update?" They took days to answer that! I have had other issues as well and when this order comes it will be the very LAST!

Do not stand by the customer even if product does not work. Rude and nasty on the phone. Would NEVER buy again. So disappointed in Slotdog and the Grommet!
