Wedding dress took months For delivery. Missed event. Item was incorrectly shipped as an exchange and so the delivery man wouldn't leave the dress without another item from me. This happened 3 times despite VC urgently asked to amend shipping. Rude, no response, didn't care. Customer service won't speak to you, can't amend orders. No one followed up. Eventually contacted their media department and was offered a 50 voucher. Horrendous. Distressing. Never ever again. Avoid

“Rude customer service”

Delayed delivery, refusal to apologise, tried to blame me (the customer?!) for the delay in dispatch from the warehouse. Outrageous.
