I have been on Marmeladies for sometime now. There are some real ladies there but not many. The agency tells the ladies not to exchange personal contacts until right before the meeting. And then they can't get off work or some excuse :( ,, Recently they are blocking even personal email exchanges which helps pic exchanges and some good exchange of personal thoughts and info. The agency wants the money.
It seems like a nice site in the beginning but after lots of seemingly genuine conversation its goes no where. For sure all the profiles are not real, its definitely a long shot. See if you get lucky but don't waste to much time. The ladies love extended chats $$$$
