Purchased the wrong memory for my compaq desktop.
Called company, never received return call, sent e-mail 2x same, tried to use their rma process, did not work, finally sent memory back with invoice and note- paskaage was refused and sent back.
They requested on their web site not to post any reviews until they tried to resolve the problem.
Hard to resolve when they do not communicate.
Never again.
