They lie about the "get it by" date. Their website "reviews" your reviews and doesn't post most negative reviews. (I was a "verified" purchaser for a product and my review never showed up.) Their customer service is just bad, both phone support and at the physical store itself. I had stopped doing business with Best Buy years ago but broke down and ordered something online a week ago.
