Puppyshack do not provide any information regarding the health of the parents of their puppies. We paid $1600 for a Bishoodle, whom we love, who has to have 2 operations for knee displacements. This is a congenital disease passed on from the parents which can be tested for in the parent.No parent who has this disease should be bred. Total cost for each op is $1800 + 4-6 weeks off work and stuck at home looking after the puppy. If puppyshack cannot provide the paperwork - you have been warned!

We recently were booked on a low fare flight within Italy by our travel agent. We were advised that luggage was not included but could be added at checkin for euro13. This information was written on the printed itinerary provided to us by the travel agent. While not happy about this we accepted it. However we were unable to check in online despite being repeatedly advised that we could do so, and at the airport were charged euro40. (Au$60)/ bag. We were sent to an Alitalia agent at the airport because Alitalia could not check us in until we had a paper ticket. All very strange. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
