Total waste of 15 hrs making a 60 page photobook. Resizing and carefully selecting and arranging images, borders and backgrounds. It was correctly saved but 90% of the images had disappeared from it and said 'file not found' in their place. Extremely robbed off and lied to by customer services (said it was the first time it had ever happened when i've seen many others have experienced it). When they didn't reappear after they assured me they'd fix it they said I'd have to re-make it, while telling me they understood my frustration, appreciated my patience and understanding and to have a great day! I won't be re-doing all that work and have no confidence in them. According to many others, the photobooks are terrible quality anyway so why bother. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere.

This is a scam company, pretending to be based in the UK. It's not. It's in China. And don't be fooled by the cheap prices and the original manufacturer photos. What you will get is a hideous cheap joke shop wig. And no chance of a refund, despite their claim to be interested in 100% customer satisfaction. I had a week of emails going backwards and forwards but they never answered any of my complaints or questions - just sent me bizarre automated replies offering me a 3% refund and "a big discount and beautiful gift on my next order". Avoid like the plague!
