I booked flexible flights on 13 February through the Bravofly website. I then had to cancel and got back only about 25% of what I paid. The refund was not even in cash, it was in the form of a voucher to be used with future Lastminute.com bookings. The whole feeling is that this company is a complete robbery and a scam. I will not use Lastminute.com / Bravofly again and would advise anyone Do Not Book with these companies.

I bought race day tickets but will never use Viagogo again. They could not confirm delivery dates. I asked for a refund and they said "we don't do those". Horrible, greedy company to be avoided.
