Very rude customer service when I called about a part when installing my system and when it came to reorder replacement filters they charge ridiculous shipping rates no free shipping. I was ordering $172 of replacement filters and they still wanted $60 for shipping yet the previous order they said $149 for free shipping now they said there is no free shipping... wtf? They are out to scam people it's definitely not a friendly Canadian family owned business
