This web site claims that following some spine stretching exercises for 2 months, one would gain 2-4 inches in height. Well I tried and gained nothing at all. It may give you an inch if you had a posture problem, but any other back exercise would do the same. However, for people with no back posture problems, this is an absolute waste of time and money.
