I ordered a paddle from this company based on the reviews of its paddles all of which, it seems, were written by the company itself. After using the paddle TWICE it began to fall apart. I went to the website and their return policy is - if you use it, you cannot get a refund ad, if you ship it back, you have to pay for the postage. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted a replacement paddle. The company should back up its product with a warranty and it does not. I should have checked this all in advance.
