Though they claim to be shipping and located in Pennsylvania they somehow email respond at 4am. Customer service very very heavy accent just don't like the deception. Followed all steps regarding colors etc followed up on phone to confirm all was correct then receive completely wrong labels after waiting so long customer service hostile and rude now I'm out of time and up a creek

The recipes are questionably inaccurate in my belief as far as calorie count. The food is fresh but questionable as far as nutritional value for growing dogs. Their recommended servings are seriously and dangerously low in my belief and they are very rude and defensive when you ask for information or assistance- turned out this company was too good to be true

This line is so diverse and when you get your item it's wrapped so wonderfully and is even prettier than pictured on the site. Love it and will definitely buy from them again

I can't warn people stronger than this! Two unauthorized transactions charged on my card - I have NEVER bought a thing have only tried to sell
I contacted customer support to cancel account and have reported them

I am still waiting for my refund. They would not honor the sale with no explanation but have not refunded the money

I have been sampling these online consignment stores so far this is hands down very best on both the selling and buying side. Customer service great easy and they respond! No runaround I've tried TRR - worst group of any kind of biz anywhere - PM - like a cheap disgusting garage sale of junk - jury out on TP- I only take my experience not teviews I understand a person can have one bad experience - I've sold 25 items on this site easy payment for all - bought a few got everything timely and exactly as expected

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Very nice person comes to house and takes 32 items warning me that they may not accept everything. They end up accepting 14 pieces HOWEVER these items are never put up on the site despite my account saying they are in inventory. THEN items sold and listed then taken out. Items marked sold but never appear back in my account. Have asked 3 times for explanation on what is going on never NEVER get a response. I have asked for my items to be returned Not sure what they are doing but if i was an investor in this company Id get rid of everyone and start over. They have been duped
