Seems very similar to fkbook. For a site that claims to be tolerant and unbiased, it's extremely intolerant and biased. Specifically the owners/administration support the wrong political agenda. It seems whoever disagrees with them gets banned. I had been unjustly banned and suspended several times for no reason at all. I suspect the mods, staff, administration were biased based on my comments, which never violated any rules, but it was convenient for them to make it a violation. I give zero stars. The founders created a discussion forum platform where nobody can disagree with anything. Even the most trivial topic can lead to a ban or suspension if one user disagrees with the other. Users report comments and mods or reddit staff ban/suspend. They don't bother to learn the facts about anything. If they have their own views, tolerance, acceptance of opinion of others, fact verification is not their thing. I strongly advise against engaging in arguments with other users, even if they are very wrong. Idiotic karma points increase the more you agree with everything and praise other users, even thought they may be very wrong.

Woodlake Properties LLC, Woodlake Management Inc, (Lakewood NJ) the worst slumlord, liars, scammers, real estate criminals in the history on real estate. Check out their web site, note property names, look up every apartment review site and read reviews. Ignore all 4-5 star reviews. Horrendous service, sub-standard conditions. They and their hand puppets staff are money hungry scammers and liars, just like their handlers in Lakewood NJ. All engage in criminal activity against renters. All are being reported to state and federal enforcement agencies for their criminal conduct. They harass and threaten renters, illegally charge all kinds of fees, slander renters, collude, conspire with each other and other renters against unwanted renters they aggressively try to purge. Their properties are insanely overpriced end-of-life teardowns. "Renovated" slum. The worst of the worst. I can't stress this enough - read reviews before even scheduling a tour. Their properties are revolving doors. People think they need to wait until their lease expires to terminate. No, they don't have to wait. Early termination is possible without penalty because slumlords and their staff violate and void their lease from day one. Do not rent from them or you will regret.

Read reviews. Look at photos, videos, check all social media and hosting sites for the above properties and names. Post reviews if you have any experience with any of the above and other properties owned by these real estate criminals. Even if it's property inspection when you tour their properties. Once you get involved with them and their hand puppets staff you'll regret. Don't walk, run away from the above. Pretend they don't exist.

Just like any other real estate property review site it doesn't seem to allow negative reviews. Which means it's rigged. Which means they get paid or try to extort money from landlords in exchange for keeping positive reviews and removing negative just like Apartments.com and disgusting YELP. They also don't allow honest negative reviews with photos. Can't use words "scammers", "liars", "criminals", "slumlords". Can't post names of staff, owners. If you want to write a review, use words "not very good/nice" or "not as excellent as expected" and of course no less than 4 stars. It should apply to both the property and staff. Then it will be posted. These are the guidelines for almost every property/business review site. At least i can still post on Craigslist in rants&raves.

I post on this site but my honest reviews for landlords don't show up. They get removed. I understand this is a commercial site. They get paid. By landlords. Of course they are rigged. Just like Yelp claims they don't get paid and allow all reviews, yet so many legit 1 star reviews are hidden. Yelp has a million excuses. So does apartments.com. Their algorithms or humans remove reviews. So fix your algorithms or don't use any at all. Fix humans as well. Site is rigged. I'm just going to create my own blog site, optimize for web search, and F all these rigged sites.

It's worse than fkbook. You can't call things the way they are. Like other reviewers say everything needs to be "sunshine and lollipops... sugar, spice and everything nice". This business wants your real name and address. Something i never give to any such online businesses. Of course they sell/share your info. Account needs to be verified with a real cell phone number. Verifying account with email is not enough. This invasive business wants to send you a post card to verify account. To your real address. That's invasion of privacy. If you post your own opinion, views, facts that conflict with others/nexdoor police, your account will be disabled (jail time lol). I only signed up to read non-business related neighborhood news. Not interested in any other events. Primarily criminal activity. I will no longer post/comment anything. I'll just read. I will not share any important information with "neighbors" because i might comment something that disagrees with nextdoor police and i'll be blocked again. I read reviews how users get blocked. It's ridiculous. Everyone has THEIR PERSONAL RIGHT to post facts or views/opinions based on facts/reality. My suggestion for nextdoor - shut it down. Stop existing.
