I've used the Gameflip app before, but now I'm only using their site. The customer service helped me a few times as I've bought hundreds of items there. This is a marketplace, so like any other, be mindful about who you buy your products from and if you have good experiences with given sellers, give them priority next time and you will enjoy waves of good deals without issues at all. Highly recommended!
