P. C Repair on wheels is a rip off joint! I asked Matthew Skelly to come into my office and change and eliminate a few things on my computer and I need a new keyboard, He arrived with keyboard in an open box attempting to deceive me he was bringing a NEW keyboard. He connected it & it worked. I asked him to cancel a few things and he said he could not do that. He changed NOTHING. I gave him a check for $48.60. (and got no receipt) 4 minutes after he left I attempted to raise the keyboard for ease of using it. One leg was missing on the bottom. I called his # and got an answering machine, I sent an E- mail requesting he return my $48.60, and bring back my old keyboard he took, ( to clean it up & sell it, ripping somebody else off. I spoke to him and demanded he return $48.60 in CASH. Not a check as he is devious, a liar and a cheat!
