Bought a rc drone from a shop named hawkins bazaar before my order had even arrived they had reduced the price by£8. Oo i was totally disgusted as i could not cancel order as it was already posted and they knew that. That is bang out of order and just wrong. Avoid this company at all cost.
After purchasing some speakers i found a little problem. Phoned after sales and a very kind and helpful person named jamie arranged a replacement for the following day. If you ever have a problem they are very kind and understanding and will help you.
Recently bought a rather expensive bicycle from this lot that was my first mistake. Arrived without a confirmation email so i was not expecting it. It arrived in a different manufactures box so i thought wrong bike sent. Alarm bells are going off now. But it was right bike good. Unpacked it gears dont work. Tried to get in touch, nobody answers emails and nobody answers the phone. Now this is there mail order dept. tried phoning one of there shops, no help at all. Got totally fed up and took to local lbs and got problem solved. This is terrible service my god even halfords pick up the phone. You know you are in trouble if you are worse than halfords.
Have recently got back into hornby trains and if any one knows they are very expensive. But i went over to hattons and found a lot of bargains. Have now ordered number of items and all received following day and packed in sturdy box with plenty of bubble wrap great care taken.
Recently bought a few items from this company usually go to chain reaction or wiggles who by the way are now the same company. Sorry going off track here. Items i ordered two cycle helmets, arm warmers and two cycle brackets. Now you would expect all this would be packed in a nice strong box but all arrived in a plastic bag. Should this matter ofcourse it should you have paid for thease goods and they should arrive in perfect condition which mine did not.the two cycle brackets were just thrown in.not good think twice before you shop here because i will not be. Lnner tubes sent loose no packaging. Bottle marked and looked like it was used as a football. Horrible company stay well clear and do not be fooled by there prices pay a little extra and go elsewhere.
Please stay well clear of this lot. Bought a road bike 4 months ago online, noticed that the front chainset was flexing when putting pressure, pedalling very hard in top gear causing chain to rub on front deraullier, very annoying. Took bike to local halfords store leamington spa. Was told yes it was a problem following day was told by another mechanic nothing wrong with bike. Phoned halfords and was told to get a independent report and they would look at it. Wow this in general has to be the worst. Just stay well clear all you will get isutter grief with this lot.the bike hopefully be selling a. S.a. P. was given a replacement but guess what this one was even worse to date i have had to spend £150 on it. Eventually got fed up of it and sold it. This company is the absolute worse. Halfords you suck. Worst company in u. K probably. Please do not go any where near thease people they have caused me nothing but grief. They have taken my love of cycling and totally ruined it.
Now this is a company who knows how to treat it's customers. This is a two part review. Bought a red triban road bike but just after 12 months bike failed on me phoned decathlon and said they would replace or refund excellent so decided for refund. Bike was picked up and I was refunded within a week excellent. While later bought another road bike but when received found a little mark on frame they immediately picked the bike up following day and I got replacement that same day. Very good company.
Have bought many cycle parts from here and have always arrived on time and well packaged. Recently bought two tyres but one had a slight dent in the steel bead. They immediately said they were sorry and offered an immediate replacement. That is how you look after your customers. Just also bought some more parts and they were better packaged than the bike i bought from that terrible company tredz.in all chainreactions is a great company and highly recommended.
