... and what I got was a hang-up. Three times I explained my solar bank had been fully charged when I wanted to charge my cell phone with it. Upon discovering the unit no longer was functionally properly, I placed it in the box so of course it wasn't going to be charged. Why did he have to be frustrated with me and hang up on me? I wouldn't use these guys. There are enough other companies selling survival equipment. Your choice.

SMH. It's ok to interact with the employees and order ice cream while sitting in one's car with no mask and no barrier YET when walking up to the window with greater distance between employees and paying customers, one is required to wear a mask. Does anyone else see logic or common sense exercised here? East Coast Custard is NOT authorized to require me to wear a medical device ~ they discriminated. I took my money elsewhere. You can find them here if you'd like to enable their tyranny and hypocrisy and continual denial of your God-given inalienable rights. 6240 Pearl Rd, Parma Heights, OH *******-3045. Phone: *******003

To have the Wadsworth store manager, Nate Silar, chase after you while you are trying to lawfully grocery shop was a very scary experience for me. Here comes this large masked man barreling down on me telling me I had to leave his store; these are actions enough for a civil case against him for battery, ORC 2903. I did NOT consent for him to invade my personal space and act aggressively and frighten me. Mandates from the governor are NOT lawful and CANNOT be enforced! I was NOT trespassing as the doors to this store are open to the public for commerce. Bottom line, if that is the type of professional manager Buehlers hires, I don't need to shop there. I will give my money elsewhere. Too bad the customer isn't important to Buehlers. Their decision to discriminate against shoppers are criminal and felonious. The 1964 Civil Rights Acts sec 201. A clearly outlines my right to shop there. ORC 4112. 01 (a)(1) also legally states my civil right to shop there. I guess they have enough revenue coming in...

So, I was very excited to finally graduate with a college degree since I am classified as a senior adult. I wanted a nice souvenir to commemorate this milestone in my life so I decided to splurge and purchase a class bracelet (rather than a ring). One: yes the world seemed to have stopped for March and April and even some of May so the production line was down yet no-one informed me of this so I waited and waited for it to arrive. I finally called and that's when I learned that the production line was reopening and they were running behind and it would still be a few weeks. That entire phone conversation took about 1 hour with wait time and explanation time. Two: my bracelet finally arrived and I was so extremely disappointed as the lettering for the college could not be distinguished from the base of the charm. I called and I kid you not, I actually waited on hold for one and a half hours before someone ever connected with me! I spoke with the customer service representative who took my information and explained the refund policy and then all of a sudden he was no longer on the line! One would think that he would have called me back as our conversation was not yet completed and I was awaiting to be connected with the warranty department. Overall ~ it's been a very frustrating experience with Josten and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody; especially at those prices! Buyer beware.
