These guys are basically con artists.

I placed an order and immediately (within minutes) asked to cancel the order as I needed to make some changes to the order. They replied saying they cancelled the order but will be keeping 5% of the payment as this is their 'policy'.

Suffice to say, I will not be re-placing the order and am trying to dispute this scam with PayPal. Avoid this dishonest business, you have been warned!

My order was extremely late took over month to arrive. They didn't even send me an order confirmation, I had to bug them to provide me with a tracking number. When I opened to the package, I noticed that a lot of the ceramic pieces had shattered during transit. Not only that, but certain items were just left out (e.g. Sending only 1 quantity of multiple items).

What got me the most was a bait-and-switch on items in a complete tea set. They sent a completely different tea tray than what was shown in the listing, and it didn't match the set at all.

When I contacted the merchant, they told me to ship the package back to them at my cost (the cheapest option was well over $100 USD for service back to China) and refused to do anything else other than fight my dispute with the credit card companies to the bitter end.

Avoid this scam site at all costs, not only are their products low quality, they are disingenuous and will not offer any customer service on the items that you order, even if it's ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT!

Tip for consumers:
This retailer is disingenuous and will scam you, avoid at all costs!

I ordered some rotors, brake pads, and calipers from this company back at the beginning of October. Upon placing the order I was told that some items were backordered and that they would ship within the next week.

When that day came, I received another email stating that the items were still backordered. They kept pushing the date back after this, so I ended up calling them. They unapologetically told me that they didn't have a shipping date as the "container hasn't left overseas", so I asked them to cancel the order.

I never got the refund for the order (nor any confirmation emails), so I called back asking for updates. The rep told me that it was already canceled and that I should receive the refund the next business day if I haven't already.

Low and behold, I was shipped a part of the order that next week. I called again asking why I received this package, and they told me it wasn't their fault (it was the manufacturer who shipped it to me). I demanded that they send a pick up the order as I couldn't lug around a (destroyed) box full of rotors and brakes. They told me that FedEx would pick it up the next day.

I waited around that entire day, and nobody came. So I called yet again asking why no one was there. She ended telling me that the order was not canceled, only converted to another order... WHAT?!

She told me that she would actually cancel the order and I would get a real confirmation.
I FINALLY received the refund credit for everything except the shipment that they sent me after a few days, to which I had to call them another time to get a re-pickup attempt.

This whole process was like pulling teeth, and never once during the plethora of calls did they ever apologize or seem sympathetic for wasting a large portion of my time. They just relayed the information in a matter-of-fact tone and asked if there was anything else I had questions about.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS RETAILER AT ALL COSTS! The headache and lack of organization in this company is not worth dealing with. This has been one of the worst online purchase experiences I've had.

I purchased a product from this company that was defective. I asked to return the product (which on their website says is hassle-free) and was strung along for over a month as communication only occurred on weekly basis. It seemed like no one communicated with each other as each person would tell me something different.

They finally let me return it over a month later. It's been over a week since confirmed delivery and they still haven't refunded me my payment. Now trying to get it back through a dispute.

Avoid this company at all costs as their return process is the worst I've ever experienced!

Avoid this company like the plague. They have some of the worst business ethics and customer service of any new startup.

I placed an order on the 8/27/14, and they charged my credit card. I patiently waited for them to physically mail me a sheet of paper that had my gift card information (why they can't just send it electronically to save time is mind-boggling).

After about a week of waiting, I check my order history and find that nothing is there. Then, I received a refund on my credit card for the amount of the order. All of this without any notification or warning. Complete radio silence over the entire experience, leaving me waiting for over 2 weeks total for what I thought I had purchased.

This happened to me twice consecutively, and after this last time, I don't even want to waste anymore of my time or money on this company. Cardpool is a joke, go use Plastic Jungle or any other gift card exchange. It wouldn't take much for it to be an improvement over this establishment of neanderthals.

Tip for consumers:
Use another gift card exchange, you'll save yourself time, money, and hassles.
