After ordering two hoverboards for my nephews from this website and receiving no updates after numerous calls and emails for over a MONTH, the customer service reprisentatives FINALLY got back to me. While they were friendly they were unhelpful. I got the same generic answer until one of my hover boards arrived ANOTHER MONTH later, but the other remains missing! After telling them that my second hover board still hasn't arrived and receiving more generic answers, I was elated to see that the customer service reprisentatives sent me a tracking code UNTIL I use it and discover that they sent me the tracking code to my last order that's already been delivered! After yet ANOTHER round of calls and emails the customer service reprisentatives are now unresponsive. So here I am almost three months after I placed my order with one hover board, almost $300 down the drain, and unsatisfied nephews! If there was a zero star I'd give them that! Save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY from this website!
