I had a VERY BAD experience with them!
The tickets I bought from them were to Istanbul airport and I had a connection fly to Denizli from Sabiha G. Airport from Istanbul and the time between the flights didn't match. The only solution was to sell the tickets and buy new for same airport Sabiha G.
With 3 days! Before fly I tried to call all day to the number from their site but NO ONE responded. I hoped to refund my money, I did understand I might lose some but least I hoped to get some of the all amount 190 euro!
But after I tried also to wrote to them, they have answered short by an email like this:

"We have received your request that you wish to cancel your booking. We are always required to follow the airline rules for the ticket(s) that you have booked through us.In this case, according to the rules set out by the airline it is not possible to get a refund of your booking in case of cancellation.
Please note that your booking has not been cancelled yet. We ask you to get back to us and confirm if you would like our assistance with the cancellation by replying to this email."

So, they didn't refund any cent from 190 euro! Even I let them know 3 days! Before my flight. They didn't find any solution for me except to keep all the money!
They were not helpful at all! How can I cancel it and THEY can sell my tickets again and make double the money, but I can't get ANY refund of any kind?
