The agents of helped me was very knowledgeable and picked up what I was telling her was my issue. I am totally satisfied as my issue has been totally resolved.

My bad:
Didn't read the conditions and was quite surprised to get charged $39.95. (I had purchased a really cute pair of shoes from them the month before)

I'm on SS/Disab and $40 for shoes is way outta my league. I called and told them that and the customer service rep took pity on me and refunded the charge. She said that they would send me an e-mail etting me know that I could skip the next month if I wanted to. Imagine my surprise when I got charged another $39.95!

Their Bad: no prior notice or e-mail as promised.

Their good: Victoria was very pleasant and reversed the charge and cancelled my account for me. 5 stars for her excellent customer service.

I was already pleased after reading the good reviews. Then (to my delight) I mistakenly went to the back door and was greeted by a big, beautiful, black lab. Working with dogs for 35 years makes me very appreciative of businesses that are dog friendly. I was unable to get a sitter for my younger service dog (in training) and was told to come on in, no problem. Both my furbabies sat in my lap while doc made my impressions.
My own impression (pun intended) is that this is going to be a great experience!

The whole process from start to finish was absolutely awesome. It was painless and quick---which I really needed after being traumatized by a vandalizing incident which claimed my windshield and passenger window.

The guys at the shop were professional yet friendly.

A wonderful experience all the way around!

Cannot contact customer service to try to find out what happened to my order of 2/3/16, order #**************

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER

I click on order number and I get this response:
No Order Found

Because of this I am unable to start a ticket to make a complaint. I have several items that I was considering buying, but will not if I cannot get satisfaction... it's not too much to ask to have a customer service phone number.

2/29 update, got an email from the company saying that the order had been shipped and that their 10-20 business days equalled up to 28 days shipping. They did offer a refund of less than 1/2 of what I paid after they took out the UPS shipping fee. I declined the offer, but am still upset that they have no customer service number to resolve issues quicker.

The prices are good, you need to decide if its worth the wait and lack of customer service.
