It took over 2 weeks to get my jersey. I was never able to track it. I was never able to talk to the online chat during this time. When the jersey finally arrived it was the wrong one. Everytime an online chat person would join the session as soon as I told them my problem they would leave with no response. I finally sent an email to an address in one of the confirmation emails. They responded really quickly wanting me to send a picture of the jersey I received. I did so but have yet to hear back from them after several more attempts at the same email address. It's been over a month now.
