I purchased a microphone online to be used with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. It didn't work out, so I decided to return it for a credit. They have an unheard of 20% restock charge, if returned within 30 days, which I would have known if I had read the return policy. I filled out the online form to request the required return authorization number. Number was never e-mailed to me. Tried unsuccessfully to follow up by phone with customer service, Could not get a real person to talk to. Left a voicemail and got no response. Looks like I'm going to pay for this. I checked the reviews on the microphone. In hindsight, I wish I had also read reviews on microphone.com. Sounds like I'm not the only one who is unhappy about their customer service – – or lack thereof!
