After using this site for about 2 weeks, very sparsely, I had entered into a challenge in one of their games, which I was promised 160,000 ($16) for reaching level 17, I got to level 17 very quickly but the promotion was withdrawn before I could claim.

But I still had enough points to claim $5, upon trying to withdraw the site claimed my account was frozen and to contact support, after about a day I was informed by them my account was frozen due to using multiple accounts... no explanation given, I sent another request for help which was closed with no information or explanation of why they believed this happened being given... a lot of wasted time for nothing.
