How I Can Help

I would like to change my email address of record but there's no option for doing that. I want to change from js_wo@outlook.com to wovindo@gmail.com. How can that be done? Thanks, JS Wommack.

I subscribed to Peacock TV a few months ago. A couple of months ago I decided to unsubscribe.
The monthly charge is just $5.26, but they are charging me twice.
There is no telephone number for which to call them. Their address is a generic NBC, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, NYC.
I've emailed them requesting cancellation of my subscription. They haven't responded.
Now I'm going to email them daily if not more.
Whatever you do, don't subscribe to Peacock TV. They think because they are big you aren't important enough to respond to your request.

I have used TurboTax for a long time, but the past 2 years it has really gone to pot. They say they
'Are with you all the way", but that is NOT the case. II had a "Specialist" callback. When I answered the phone there was no one there. I heard noise in the background so the line was active. I said "Hello" several times, but no one responded. Then I got help online with another "Specialist" who knew NOTHING. I knew much more than they did. My IRS & State returns were both rejected. I sought help online from TurboTax & it was pathetic. The guy sent me something to read that I could have found on my own. Then he said, "I wish I could help you" & ended the Chat. All this for $260. Next time I'm going elsewhere!

Well, I had great aspirations. I downloaded the app, installed it & signed up. That part went well. The trouble I had was when I tried to set up a flight alert. They kept giving the wrong city I was flying to. I wanted to fly from Madison, Wisconsin to Austin, Texas. I kept getting Melbourne Australia. I tried correcting it, but nothing worked. Very frustrating! Not a very good first impression.

My experience with this business was terrible. The main issue is that I have tried & tried to uninstall it & it just doesn't happen. I contacted consumer relations. The representative sent me instructions on "how to remove the software". The info I received was "How to INSTALL ESET"!

I bought something online with BBB & I now wish I hadn't! I have had ongoing problems logging in to their site. One time my credentials work another time the same ones don't. I have had trouble seeing where my item, which cost a lot, is in the process. It has just been frustrating & I wish I hadn't haven't done this. The email they give you to check on the status of your order is a non-working email address. I will never make the mistake of doing business with them again. It has been a frustrating experience.

I bought a set of snow tires last Fall. I was to receive a $50 rebate for buying them.
I received the rebate in the mail. It was a $50 debit card. It has never worked despite the payment company said they activated it. I feel like I, ve been ripped off.
I won't buy any tires from General Tire again.

I was sent a Debit Card as the $50 rebate for buying a new set of General Tires. I registered the card online. It didn't work. I tried again online. Still didn't work. I called to see what could be done. The guy said he would activate the card. Still didn't work. I called back.
A guy told me he would look into it & someone would get back to me. No one got back to me. Still can't use the card. Don't ever deal with this company!

I've used Shipt for almost a year. I have found that it has been well worth the fee. The Shoppers have always been good & the communication has been very good. Also the Shoppers have been very polite & professional. The only time I wasn't satisfied was when I asked the shopper not to put anything on plastic unless absolutely necessary. She used several plastic bags for every piece of produce & none of it was necessary. Other than that it's been great.

After being a loyal Target customer for 30 years I can no longer order anything from them online. I cannot get anything by pick up, drive up or shipping. Nothing! I've been jerked around by them before but this is the last straw! I'm deleting my account & shopping elsewhere!

The more I use LastPass the less I like it. It's not too bad on your desktop as long as you don't change passwords. When you do this you can't depend on LP changing them in the Vault. I found that I have to go to the Vault & manually change them. Even then LP sometimes doesn't work right when you go back to the website of which you changed the password, it doesn't login correctly. On my phone LP repeatedly logs me out & I have to very often re-login. Even then it only works for about half my sites. Needless to say I am diligently working to find a better password manager. For the life of me I can't understand why people think LP is so good!

Don't ever subscribe to Spotify! I did and after I cancelled they still charged me. I got in touch with them about it and they are giving me a big hassle. Beware!

I had ADT on my parent's home for 3 years. It was very expensive. Installation was a week -long ordeal that caused problems with telephone service that kept recurring. The ADT technicians seemed to be ill-prepared and tended to pass the buck rather than try to solve the problem.
Despite my parents death ADT was going to charge us several hundred dollars to cancel service. I transferred service. I recently cancelled. Now, I am trying to get tech support to come out and remove the equipment.
Overall, I think ADT is a poor value and customer service is lacking. Find someone else; you can do better.

Everything I have purchased from 1000 Museums has arrived expertly packaged and in excellent condition. The quality of the prints is superb! The only thing I have to say is that there could be better information on when the merchandise is going to arrive. Just a minor point.

I bought a print from Fine Art America and couldn't be more disappointed in something I bought online. I should have sent it back, but I kept it mainly as a reminder not to buy from them again. The print was also packaged very poorly. The quality of the print was very subpar and I paid about 3 times what I would have paid elsewhere for a better product. Very, very disappointing!

I bought a floor lamp from Wayfair. The lamp arrived; I tried to assemble it and the parts did not go together correctly. Also, the package was not damaged in shipment; it was in good condition so that was not the issue. After numerous tries I gave up.
I called Wayfair Customer Service. I told them the situation. The representative said, "No problem, I will have a new one sent right out to you. You should have it in 5 days or sooner.". I asked if he wanted me to send the defective one back and he said no. I received the replacement and it assembled just fine. The lamp is very nice. I am very pleased with it.
So, I had a much better experience with Wayfair. Maybe I just lucked out. Who knows, but now I am more apt to do business with them again.
