They have a wide range of modded apks for android and ios. Not only do they mod games, they also offer modding tutorials. From what i can see, they are pretty updated on new games. I gave this site a 3, only because the mod i'm looking for is not available for my android but available for ios.
Overall, this site offers more free mods than others.
