Filthy establishment. Handlers are rough and cruel to dogs, and they are allowed to defecate in the play area as well as their own kennels because they do not give daily outdoor potty breaks to every dog. You have to pay extra which they are not transparent about when booking. Will never send my dog back, he is ruined and fearful, anxious, timid. Will now have to spend even more money on a professional trainer/behaviorist due to the deplorable conditions my dog had to endure.
