“In 2 cases I have not received the goods paid for”

In 2 cases I have not received the goods paid for. When I contact them to ask why I am fobbed off wth a feedback customer support number. After several days I contact them with the number and just get fobbed off with another different number. How can one deal with such a company that ignores customer's questions and does nothing to help them. Jewllery I hve received from them has not been bad considering the price, but after my last fiasco I shall not be dealing with them again.
